Sharing Rule Access Level

There are 6 levels for sharing the Inspection or Safety Form results with another Organization. The level you choose will determine the information your Customer will see.
From the Sharing Rule form, click the Access Level dropdown to choose from one of the six levels. Each level is explained in more detail below.

| Basic Inspections without Photos | All of the above + Procedure Questions & Answers |
| Basic Inspections with Photos | All of the above + Photos |
| Full Inspection | All of the above + Asset Properties and Details (from each Answer) |
| Verification | All of the above + Geolocation, Technician Name & Email, and Duration of the Inspection |
| Full Read | All of the above + Labour Hours, Materials, and Additional Comments |
