Accessing and Generating Shared Inspection Reports
Portal sites can create reports on data that is shared with them.
The Service History page will display a list of inspections shared with you by other organizations.
[!NOTE]
Note:Some fields may not be visible when viewing shared data. The organization that created the inspection controls the level of access, which may include only basic information or full details.
For example, questions, photos, technician names, and geolocation may not always be available.
Follow the above steps to obtain reports.
