- The All Work screen and Settings menu have been upgraded with new tools to streamline workflows and improve asset management.
- Shared Features (Issues & Visits tabs):
- Filter by date range, building, and active status (max 1,000 rows)
- Quick column filters and inline editing
- Batch update Status, Status Reason, or Assigned To (Visits only)
- Est. Cost and Hours: Show totals in the footer (optional columns)
- Colour indicators:

- Service History: table and slideout updated to match features on the legacy platform more closely
- Service History – "Report" Button:
- Portal (customer) sites can generate reports with shared data (some fields may be blank based on sharing level).
- Reports require filtering by Job Number, Building, or Date Range.
- Maximum 1,000 inspections per report.
- Now Print, Save, or Send Reports.
- Saves a copy to Documents > Reports folder.
- Print uses the browser’s print dialog.
- Send Icon: Opens a form to email the report.

Features
- Building Details: Visits Details Slideout: Each visit row now opens a mini-slideout, providing detailed information at a glance.
- Visit details are visible to all organizations that are members of the building
- The progress of a visit is now displayed as a percentage, calculated as closed tasks (including cancelled tasks) / total tasks.
- Visit details can be edited, including assigning users.
- Assigning users triggers notification emails (if notifications are configured under Manage > Notifications).
- Tasks that are removed from the Visit, appear on the Issues list.
- Tasks can also be permanently deleted along with the Visit.
- Work categories that are currently in use cannot be edited.

- AI Photo Description Enhancement
- Users can now select specific text from AI-generated photo descriptions to save data in specific fields, rather than being limited to the Asset Description field. This provides greater flexibility and precision in data entry.
- This feature is turned off by default. To have it turned on in your Org site, please contact the support team.
- Building Sharing with Multiple Organizations
- You can now share building details with other organizations for streamlined collaboration.
- Options for Sharing:
- Select from organizations you’re already connected with.
- Search for another organization if you know its organization URL or contact email.

- Support for numeric comparisons on Asset Property changes:
- Conditions include less than, greater than, in range, and outside of range.
- Support for Asset Name conditions on Asset Property changes:
- Trigger alerts when the asset name contains or starts with specified text.
- Support for dynamic value comparisons on asset property alerts:
- Alert when a property value is not the same as another property.
- Procedures, Buildings, and Assets screens are now permissions-aware.
- Users without permission to add/edit will see disabled buttons.
- Users and Planner screens will disable add/edit buttons if the user does not have permission to make changes.
- Building Details slideout now lists the Organizations that have access to a building.

- Ability to add Asset Property definition from the Procedure screen on any question when enabling Integrated Data.
- In the Asset Details slideout, clicking on a Property row opens a mini slideout displaying the property’s history. If there are multiple numeric values, they will be shown both as a line graph and a list for easy analysis.
- Permissions aware screens: The Users and Planner screens will disable add/edit buttons if the user does not have permission to make changes.

- Planner Preview tab
- You can look ahead at the schedules for up to 11 months by selecting the month. Schedules are expanded so you can see a list of visits in each schedule.
- Planner
- Next Start Date - When editing a schedule that has already run, Next Start Date is editable so that you can control exactly how the recurrence pattern changes
- Next Start column - This column in the table will help you know what’s coming up and will help identify problems if a schedule gets stuck in the past.
- Settings page
- Users can manage a few default settings like Next PO Number, PO Prefix and Location.

- Asset "Move" Functionality: A powerful new feature that enables users to move selected assets with ease. The "Move" action seamlessly transfers not only the selected assets but also all related data. This includes all asset components and their respective components, tasks, issues, QR codes, and inspections. This ensures a unified transition of assets and their associated information.
- Bulk "Set Status" Option: Administrators now have the ability to perform bulk "Set Status" actions on multiple assets simultaneously. This feature simplifies tasks such as marking numerous assets as "Inactive".
- Inline Editing for Asset Properties: The update introduces inline editing for the Asset Properties table. Users can effortlessly edit and manage asset properties directly within the Admin Portal. Additionally, it allows for the addition and removal of properties as needed.

An Asset is an item that serves a function in/around a building.
In BuiltSpace, assets must be associated with a building, although they may physically exist outside of a building or be movable.
